We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on eestylebox marketplace. If for any reason, you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location and will issue a full refund.

Incorrect product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location and will issue a full refund.

Unsatisfactory product: If you receive a product that you’re unsatisfied with, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. We will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location and will issue a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Personalized products
• Products that have been used or worn
• Products that are not in their original packaging with all tags attached
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or through our customer support portal. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.

Please note that in case of an exchange request, we do not offer direct product exchanges. Instead, you will need to return the product and place a new order for the product you would like to receive.
